18.18 Bowling Restrictions 18.18.1 No bowler may bowl more than 20% of the available overs in any innings.
18.18.1.1 The umpires will, prior to the start of the innings, advise the captains and scorers of the maximum number of overs available per bowler.
18.19 Scoring of Points (within area leagues)
18.19.1 Match Points shall be awarded as follows:- 10 points for outright win 5 points for tie or draw with the scores level 6 points for cancellation or abandonment as decided by appointed umpires.
18.19.2 Bonus Points in area league games shall be awarded as 18.8.4
(i.e Max 5 batting and 5 bowling points).
18.19.3 In the event of two or more teams within an area league having an equal number of points at the conclusion of the area games, the higher position shall be the team with the most away wins, or, if still equal, the team with the highest net run rate over all 4 area league matches. If still equal, the winner will be decided by the toss of a coin.
18.19.4 In the event of a draw or tie in the Final, the winner shall be decided on: 1. number of wickets remaining at the end of the innings or, if still equal, 2. the number of runs scored off the bat, or if still equal 3. the side dismissing more batsmen clean bowled or, if still equal 4. the toss of a coin
