At the LMC meeting of 12 June 2008, the Committee agreed, under Rule 6.1.2, to temporarily suspend Rule 19.5.2 for season 2008 as, despite all reasonable efforts, some County 1 clubs have been unable to play re-arranged matches within 29 days as required by Rule 19.5.2. Therefore all matches postponed up to 17 July 2008 must now be played as soon as possible on or before the completion date (7 September 2008) for this season. In accordance with Rule 19.5.3, any re-arranged matches not played before 7 September 2008 will be null and void with no points awarded to either side."
